Taking vitamins A, E and D helps protect against respiratory complaints, according to new UK research.

According to an analysis of data from a large ongoing cross-sectional study, there is strong evidence of an inverse association between intake of vitamin A and vitamin E from diet and supplements with the self-reported prevalence of respiratory complaints.
