  • Atrial ectopics at a high burden, predict future atrial fibrillation (AF) and stroke
  • Treat underlying risk factors aggressively, even if AF hasn’t been diagnosed
  • Surveillance is key – Detect paroxysmal AF early to prevent stroke
  • Wearables can support long-term detection, especially in high-risk patients
